One of the more dynamic hitters in Oregon Tech softball history – Leah Jolly was a standout player on and off the diamond. Over 20 years since her playing career ended, the catcher still ranks among the program’s Top-10 in batting average (.382), along with her 52 doubles, 243 hits and 164 RBI. She capped off her career with a remarkable senior year, earning first-team NAIA All-America honors and NFCA Diamond NAIA Catcher of the Year honors after hitting .500 with a .551 on-base percentage – still OIT single-season records.
 
· Selected to the All-Cascade Conference and All-Pacific Northwest Region teams following the 2000, 2001 and 2002 seasons.
 
· As a senior, hit an OIT school record .500 with 17 doubles, six home runs and 51 RBI, helping Lady Owls to the NAIA Pacific Northwest Regional title game...had a 19-game hit streak.
 
· Named the 2002 Cascade Conference Player of the Year, the Pacific Northwest Region Player of the Year and first-team NAIA All-American.
 
· Earned CoSIDA College Division Academic All-America honors, one of two OIT players from 1998-2022 to earn the award.
