A key part of the teams that put Oregon Tech softball on the national stage, Brenda Mick was a 2-way standout for the Lady Owls, helping the team to the 1997 NAIA National Tournament and the 1998 NAIA Region I title game. During her career, Mick combined to hit .384 with 29 doubles and 81 RBI, while as a pitcher, finished her two seasons with a combined 38-16 record and an OIT career record 0.94 ERA.

· Named 1997 Cascade Conference Co-Player of the Year, NAIA Pacific Northwest Region Pitcher of the Year and second-team NAIA All-America...leading Lady Owls to their first-ever NAIA Tournament appearance.
· Finished 1997 hitting .380 with seven home runs and 48 RBI, going 23-11 with a 1.00 ERA in the circle...threw four no-hitters.
· Went 6-for-6 with two homers, six runs scored and seven RBI in a March 4, 1997 win over Simpson.
· In 1998, earned first-team NAIA All-America honors as a utility player (pitched and played first base), earning All-Pacific Northwest Region and All-Cascade Conference honors, helping Tech to the regional championship game.
· Hit .388 with 16 doubles and 33 RBI as a senior, while going 15-5 in the circle with a 0.86 ERA.
