RENO, Nev. – Competing in her first multi-event competition, Oregon Tech's
Lily Everson recorded a score of 2,049 points in the pentathlon at the Wolfpack Multi and Invitational inside the Reno Events Center.
Everson opened the day with a 10.42 second time in the 60-meter hurdles and following an unfortunate no-height in the high jump, recorded marks of 8.11 meters (26 feet, 7 inches) in the shot put, 4.46 meters (14-7) in the long jump and placed fourth overall with an 800-meter run with a time of 2:38.57.
The remainder of the women's team will compete on Saturday in Salem at the Corban Indoor/Outdoor meet.
