MONMOUTH, Ore. – Both
Sydney Soskis and
Aurora Parsons recorded Top-3 marks in program history, as the Oregon Tech women's track team competed on Day 2 of the John Knight Twilight at McArthur Field.

Competing in a deep field in the 200-meters, Soskis recorded the second-fastest time in Lady Owls history, her time of 25.79 seconds placing ninth overall. Soskis also ran a leg on the 4x100-meter team that posted a season-best time of 49.43 seconds.
Parsons placed third in the discus (38.62 meters / 126 feet, 8 inches) – the No. 3 mark in OIT history and the No. 5 mark in the Cascade Conference this season.
Sophia Small had a personal best mark in the triple jump (10.24 / 33-7 ¼), as did
Jozie Ramos in the shot put (11.02 / 36-2) and
Brooke Anderson in the long jump (4.88 / 16-0 ¼).
On the track,
Tiffany Humpherys recorded a season-best time of 1:00.56 in the 400-meters, as did
Lily Everson in the 800-meters (2:28.11).
The Lady Owls return home next week, hosting the CCC Multi-Event Championships on Thursday and Friday, followed by the OIT Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
