Silas Guzlas was among the leaders throughout the day, eventually finishing second overall, as Oregon Tech placed third overall at the Rumble at the Rock at Rock Hollow Golf Club.
Guzlas jumped into the overall lead through eight holes and had a share of the lead through 14 holes – ending the tournament at 4-over-par (76-72 – 148) – two strokes behind Camron Jones of Grace College.
Tech improved their team score by seven strokes (311-304 – 615), just behind Bethel (300-296 – 596) and Indiana Wesleyan (307-300 – 607) – but ahead of Grace (309-314 – 623) and Cornerstone (316-309 – 625).
Jack Tieman shot a 1-over-par 73 on the day, jumping into a tie for tenth-place overall (80-73 – 153), with
Kade Bracken (81-80 – 161) improving his Day 2 score, finishing 28th.
Tyler Vassar (74-88 – 162) had a tough final round, ending the tourney in 30th place, with
Kellen Humphries (88-79 – 167) in 39th.
