BROOKINGS, S.D. – Ally Odell capped the indoor season with an 11th-place finish in the pentathlon at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships inside the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex.
 
Odell improved her own school record with a score of 3,239 points – 19 points clear of her mark two weeks ago at the EOU Last Chance Meet.
 
After opening the day with a time of 9.53 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles, Odell posted a season-best mark of 1.53 meters (5 feet, ¼ inch) in the high jump. After placing third in the shot put (11.14 meters / 36 feet, 6 ¾ inches), Odell recorded a mark of 4.86 meters (15 feet, 11 ½ inches) in the long jump and clocked a time of 2:32.97 in the 800-meters.
