CORVALLIS/MCMINNVILLE, Ore. – Oregon Tech closed out the men's track regular-season competing at a pair of last chance meets – the OSU High Performance Meet and the Linfield Open.
At OSU,
Evan Sneed recorded a season-best time of 55.99 in the 400-meters and clocked a 50.36 second 400-meter mark – joined in the event by
Thomas Adams (50.08).
Nolan Sieben had a Top-10 finish in the javelin (56.62 meters), as did
Eli Stevens in the pole vault (4.65 meters).
At Linfield,
Micah Baird hit a Cascade Conference qualifying mark in the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.75), with
Carson Page clocking a personal best time of 1:59.73 in the 800-meters.
Bryson Teal competed in three events – the 100-meters (11.89), pole vault (3.48 meters) and javelin (43.02 meters).
OIT will send their conference qualifiers to La Grande next weekend for the CCC Championship.
