KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For the second time in his career,
Eli Stevens has been selected as NAIA Men's Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week, announced by the national office.
The senior, from Medford, earned a victory in the decathlon at the recent Riverhawk Multi in Roseburg, posting the top score in the NAIA this season with 6,316 points. He won seven of the 10 individual events and shined in the field disciplines – establishing CCC Meet qualifying marks in the long jump, high jump, pole vault and javelin.
Stevens previously earned the award a year ago after a win at the Pacific Multi.

The Owls will return to action this weekend at the Jenn Boyman Invitational in McMinnville.
