BUCKEYE, Ariz. – Oregon Tech shot a school record 7-over-par 295 in today's third and final round, as the Lady Owls placed fourth overall at the Firestorm Fall Invitational at Verrado Golf Club.
OIT (298-314-295 – 907) just missed the podium, three strokes behind third-place Arizona Chrisitan (305-293-306 – 904) – as the two schools chased champ Embry-Riddle (297-289-298 – 884) and runner-up UBC-Okanagan (307-284-296 – 887).
Baylee Hodgman (77-80-70 – 227) paced Tech today, shooting a career-best 2-under par 70, finishing the 54-hole tournament in 16th-place.
Madie Hepner (73-77-73 – 223) had the Lady Owls lone Top-10 finish, placing eighth overall.
Madison Dick (76-77-76 – 229) finished 18th,
Sydney Dick (72-80-80 – 232) was 21st, with Alyssa Kaulenamoku (77-85-76 – 238) in 28th.
"It was great that our squad was able to bounce back after a rough day yesterday," said head coach
Dave Myers. "Exceptional golf from Baylee and Madie, with both Madison and Alyssa playing very well. Was a great final round to close the fall season."
The tournament closed out the fall portion of the 2025-26 schedule.
