KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Making their 2026-27 season debut on their home course, the Oregon Tech women's golf team sits 12 strokes out of the lead after Round 1 of the OIT Fall Invitational at Running Y Resort.
The Lady Owls shot an 18-over-par 304, tied with Lewis-Clark State, as both Top-25 teams trail front-running British Columbia (292).
The tandem of sophomore
Alyssa Kauleinamoku (75) and
Madison Dick (75) sit in a 5-way tie for fourth-place after a shooting 3-over-par for their opening 18, trailing leader Grace Yao (70) of UBC, with teammate Sienna Harder (72) in second and LC State's Isabella Barquet (74) in third.
Madie Hepner (76) is tied for ninth at 4-over-par, with
Sydney Dick (78) and
Kali Rowe (79) rounding out the scoring five.
Four others competed for Tech –
Hayley Sanborn (83),
Lexi Rice (86),
Sydney Stenson (90), and
Payton Susee (91) each made their Lady Owls debut.
The final round is set for an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
