Rideout Becomes OIT's First 4-Time All-CCC MSOC Pick

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Brock Rideout became Oregon Tech's first-ever 4-time men's soccer All-Cascade Conference selection, highlighting a quartet of Hustlin' Owls selected to the respective All-CCC teams, as the annual awards were announced by the league office.

Rideout earned first-team honors for the third-straight season, joining a second-team accolade during the 2021 spring campaign. He was joined on the first-team by midfielder Andrew Pasang, keeper Ryan Solis was named to the second-team, with midfielder Dylan Nakagawa earning honorable mention honors.

Rideout capped a record-setting career with a banner 2023 season – tying a career-high with eight goals and assisting on four others. He leaves OIT having played in more games (85) than any other player, holding the all-time school record for goals (27), assists (20), points scored (74) and game-winning goals (10).

Pasang, a junior, earns All-CCC honors for a second-straight year – having been selected to the second-team in 2022. The winger set a new OIT record with 32 points scored, tying the single-season mark with eight assists, while finishing with 12 goals – one shy of the single-season team record.

Solis made the most of his first season at Tech, starting 16 matches in goal – finishing with an 8-5-3 record. The junior had a 1.29 goals against average, a 75-percent save percentage, and finished second in the circuit with seven shutouts.

Nakagawa, a senior, had his best season of his career in 2023 – scoring one goal, while recording a career-best six assists – starting all 19 matches in the central midfield.

The Owls finished the season 11-5-3, advancing to the semifinals of the CCC Championships.
