SALEM, Ore. –
Elle Hillar made a career-high 10 saves to record a shutout, but the Oregon Tech offense was unable to find the net, as the Lady Owls and Corban played to a scoreless draw at the Warrior Athletic Complex.
The Lady Owls (4-8-2, 1-6-2 CCC) kept their playoff hopes alive with the tie, but face a must-win date tomorrow at Bushnell, with kickoff set for 4:30 p.m.
Hillar made five stops in each half, turning away Warriors (6-6-3, 4-3-2) leading scorer Olivia Fitzpatrick four times on the afternoon.
Tech peppered the net over the final 15 minutes of the match, pushing forward to take six shots, including two from
Kaelyn Jaentsch and a late strike from
Naaliyah Robinson – but Corban keeper Jordyn Labato and the Warrior defense kept the Owls off the scoreboard.
Corban finished the match with a slim 13-12 edge in shots.
