CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon Tech swept the Cascade Conference weekly golf awards, as Silas Guzlas and Madie Hepner earned the honors announced by the league office.

Guzlas, a junior, was the Hustlin' Owls top finisher at the RCA Electric Invitational in a field of primarily NCAA Division II competition, posting a 54-hole total of 11-over-par on the difficult TPC Monterey track. He had Tech's best round of the tourney, carding a second-round 72.

Hepner, a senior, finished in a tie for fifth at the same event – opening the tournament with the best round of any player, an even-par 71. It was Hepner's second all-time Golfer of the Week honor.

The OIT teams are in Lewiston, Idaho, for the Warrior Fall Invite – the second CCC event of the year.
