2025 Oregon Tech Summer Camps Information

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Oregon Tech will be offering Summer Youth Camps for basketball, volleyball and soccer to the community and surrounding areas. These camps will provide children from the ages 5-18 with the opportunity to participate in various activities that will teach them teamwork and emphasize the importance of physical activity in living a healthy life.  
 
Volleyball
The Oregon Tech volleyball team will be holding a pair of camps this summer at Danny Miles Court.
  
REGISTER: CAMP 1 – JUNE 16-19 (AGES 5-12, 10 A.M. TO  12 P.M. / AGES 13-18, 1-3 P.M.)
 
REGISTER: CAMP 2 – JULY 28-31 (AGES 5-12, 10 A.M. TO 12 P.M. / AGES 13-18, 1-3 P.M.)

Camp No. 1 will run from June 16 to June 19, with Camp No. 2 running from July 28 to July 31.
 
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the OIT coaches and players will host a Youth Camp for ages 5-to-12, while from 1-3 p.m., a Skills Camp for players aged 13-to-18 will be taught by the Lady Owls.
 
Cost of either 4-day camp is $135 – with space limited to 100 participants per session.
 
Both camps will be fun, engaging environments – working directly with the OIT coaching staff and players. Campers will be grouped by age and skill level and will learn key components of successful volleyball - including serving, serve receive, defense, ball control, blocking and rotations – through a mix of 1-on-1 and team drills/games.

Basketball
This summer, the Oregon Tech Basketball Programs will be hosting three Skills Camps for kids in the Klamath Basin to improve their game on the basketball court.

REGISTER CAMP 1 (JUNE 23-26)
REGISTER CAMP 2 (JULY 7-10)
REGISTER CAMP 3 (JULY 14-17)
 
The focus of each of the camps (June 23-26, July 7-10, July 14-17) is to build sound fundamentals and a new skill set. Campers will be divided into groups with players of similar age and skill level – with each drill demonstrated and taught by current Oregon Tech coaches and players.
 
The Overtime Skills Camp will be available for an hour immediately after the afternoon session – where Coach Mitchell Fink will put motivated campers to the test with the same player development drills which Hustlin' Owls and Lady Owls train with during the season.
 
Children 5-to-8-years-old will train during the morning session (9-11 a.m.), with those ages 9-to-15 training in the afternoon (12-2:30 p.m.). The Overtime Skills Camp will follow from 2:45-3:45 p.m.

$130 for the AM Session: 5-8 year olds (9-11 a.m.)           *Max Attendance 100

All Campers receive a free t-shirt. This t-shirt gets you free admission to all Oregon Tech Basketball games.
 
Arrival & Pick-Up
Each camper should arrive at Danny Miles Court and enter through the main lobby. Check-In will be just outside the main lobby. Please walk your child upstairs to the gym.

What to Bring
Energy and a great attitude! Please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. No food will be allowed in the gym, unless there is a medical reason.

Refunds or Cancelations
Once you sign up and pay there will be no refunds without coach approval.
 
Soccer
The Oregon Tech soccer programs are pleased to announce a pair of Youth Soccer Day Camps for kids 6-to-13 years of age.

The camps are focused on building sound fundamentals and a new skill set while enjoying the game of soccer. Campers will be divided into groups with players of similar age and skill level and work with the OIT soccer coaching staff and players.
 
Camp 1 will run from June 23-26, with Camp 2 set for July 28-31. Both camps will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
 
Cost for each camp is $140.00.
 
All campers will also receive a special Oregon Tech soccer t-shirt.
 
Check-in at the OIT soccer field just inside the main gate beginning 30 minutes prior to the start of camp. Campers are to bring energy and a great attitude. Please have tennis shoes, soccer shoes (turf of cleats), shin guards, medication, and personal medical items (an athletic trainer will be on site). Please bring water, a snack (no lunch is provided), a water bottle, sunscreen, and any additional weather-related clothes needed when arriving at camp.
