KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Oregon Tech student-athletes continued to be among the tops in the NAIA, as all 13 intercollegiate teams sponsored by the school were named NAIA Scholar Teams for the 2023-24 academic year.
 
To earn the distinction, a team must maintain a cumulative 3.00 grade point average for the full term – with all 13 OIT teams maintaining at least a 3.25 GPA - with the department maintaining a 3.44 cumulative GPA among over 200 student-athletes.
 
Earning the distinction were – women's cross country (3.71), volleyball (3.66), women's basketball (3.66), women's track (3.56), men's golf (3.47), women's soccer (3.47), softball (3.44), women's golf (3.43), men's basketball (3.39), men's soccer (3.39), men's cross country (3.35), baseball (3.30) and men's track (3.25).
