KLAMATH FALLS, OR. — The Oregon Tech Lady Owls (18-8, 11-8) earned a season sweep over the Multnomah Lady Lions (5-21, 5-14) with a 75-59 victory on Friday night. The victory for Tech gives them a one-game advantage in 5th place as we approach the home stretch of the 2022 CCC regular season.
Following the victory, HC Scott Meredith said: "After a lethargic first half, Coach Beesley and I challenged the team to find the energy and inspiration to play harder. They really responded and opened up the game early in the 3rd quarter with a solid defensive effort only allowing 8 points. We had balanced scoring and a solid rebounding effort. Will need more of the same vs Warner tomorrow.
