Hustlin’ Owls Fly Past Geoducks to Improve to 13-1 in CCC Play

KLAMATH FALLS, OR. — The (R.V.) Oregon Tech Hustlin' Owls (16-6, 13-1) used a lively home crowd to bounce back from their first conference loss last weekend. Tech  jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, improving their hold on first place in the CCC with an 89-66 win over the Evergreen State College.

"The defense continues to carry us," said head coach Justin Parnell. "Kudos to our guys for committing to that end of the floor. We are finally healthy and consequently are working through some new rotations. It's made an impact on us offensively. We have great kids who put the team first. Once we break through offensively, we are going to be a tough out."

Tech took a 50-32 lead into the break after holding Evergreen to just 40% shooting from the floor.
