KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Northwest Christian (7-9, 2-7 CCC) jumped out to 12-6 leads in the first two sets and cruised to a three set sweep of Oregon Tech (9-9, 4-7 CCC), 3-0 (27-25, 25-15, 26-24) at Danny Miles Court Saturday Night.
NCU dominated the net with a 46-33 advantage in kills with a kill percentage of .343 while holding the Owls to .143.
Natalie Downs had a game high 12 kills leading NCU to only their second conference win of the year. Claire Salness added 10 kills with Megan Van Marter popping in 9 kills for the Beacons.
Tech was led by
Camryn Johnson's 11 kills while
McKenna Woolley chipped in 9 kills in the loss.
