AT OREGON TECH: Begins his 11th season as head coach of the men's basketball program and his second as assistant athletic director...moved into second-place on the OIT men's basketball wins list during the 2021-22 season with 212 victories...heads into the season with a 212-89 all-time record...15th season as a coach in the program and 17th season overall.

COACHING HONORS: 2018 NABC 30-Under-30 Coaches Award...2019 Cascade Conference Coach of the Year...has led OIT to eight NAIA Tournament appearances in 10 seasons...reaching the second-round in 2017, 2018, 2022, 2024 and 2025, while advancing to the NAIA Division II title game in 2019...won the 2024 CCC Tournament title...has coached 17 All-CCC selections, a 3-time CCC Player of the Year (Mitchell Fink) and five NAIA All-Americans...has coached 41 CCC Academic All-Conference and 20 NAIA Scholar-Athlete selections...team has earned NAIA Scholar-Team honors each of the last 10 seasons, including the 2021-22 team which recorded the No. 1 GPA in the NAIA...the 2025 team was honored as the CCC Team of Character.

COMMITTEES: Currently the president of the NAIA Men's Basketball Executive Board...previously served as the CCC's National Rater and as a member of the NAIA National Tournament Selection Committee.

PERSONAL: The native of Sutherlin is a 2010 OIT graduate (BS in Communication Studies) after playing two seasons with the Hustlin' Owls...helped squad to the 2009 and 2010 CCC regular-season titles and NAIA National Tournament appearances...named CCC Newcomer of the Year in 2009 and was honored as a first-team NAIA All-American in 2010...served as an assistant coach at Clackamas Community College and was the head coach at Lost River High, before returning to Tech in 2014 as an assistant coach.,..he and wife Joey have three children - sons Jase and Luke, along with daughter Rylie.
