2026 Women's Track and Field Roster
Biography
AT OREGON TECH: Third season with the women's cross country and track programs.
2024-25: In cross country, competed in all five races, recording a Top-10 finish at the Bushnell Invite and a 26th-place effort at the Cascade Conference Championships...had a season-best 6,000-meter time of 23:40 at the George Oja Invite. In track, placed seventh at the CCC Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:03)...added a personal-best time of 19:23 in the 5,000-meters at the Boyman Invite...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete in both sports.
2023-24: In cross country, had a season-best 6,000-meter time of 23:35 at the Linfield Invite...placed third overall at the Warrior Invite, placed 35th at the Cascade Conference Championships and 252nd at the NAIA national meet. In track, placed seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team at the CCC Championships...had season-best times of 2:27 in the 800-meters, 5:01 in the 1,500-meters and 12:04 in the steeplechase.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2023 graduate of Roseburg High...in cross country, posted a top 5,000-meter time of 19:47...placed 70th in the 2022 6A state championship...in track, had top marks of 1:02 in the 400-meters and 2:28 in the 800-meters.
PERSONAL: Studying medical imaging...twin sister Charis is also a part of the OIT cross country and track teams.
