Tom Moore

AT OREGON TECH: Moore is in his third season as head coach of the women's soccer program, compiling a 22-11-5 record...in 2023, guided the team to a 7-5-4 record, reaching the quarterfinals of the Cascade Conference Championships, while in 2024, led the team to a 15-6-1 record, reaching the CCC Tournament final and qualifying for the NAIA National Tournament...has coached six All-CCC selections - including CCC Defensive Player of the Year Carly Moss and CCC Goalkeeper of the Year Sydni Nakamura...has coached 15 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and 18 CCC All-Academic Team picks...has an all-time coaching record of 223-92-47.

PRIOR TO OIT: Served as head coach at Highline CC from 2006-22, compiling a record of 201-81-42...won Northwest Athletic Conference tournament titles in 2017, 2019, advancing to the NWAC title game in 2015 and 2016, while reaching the semifinals in 2007 and 2018...his teams won seven NWAC West Region championships (2007, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021)...spent 2002-06 as an assistant at HCC with both the men's and women's sides, with the men's team making 5-straight playoff appearances, including winning the 2004 NWAC title.

HONORS: Two-time NWAC Coach of the Year (2017, 2019), 7-time NWAC West Region Coach of the Year (2007, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021)

PERSONAL: A 2002 graduate of Huntingdon College in Alabama with a degree in Human Performance and Kinesiology, Moore was an All-Region selection for the Hawks...earned his master’s degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences from Ohio University in 2017.
