AT OREGON TECH: Eichelkraut is in his tenth season with the women's soccer program, spending five seasons as an assistant coach, four seasons as associate head coach and serving as the interim head coach in 2022...while at OIT, the women's program has advanced to six Cascade Conference tournaments, won three CCC regular-season titles, won the 2021 CCC Tournament title and advanced to two NAIA National Tournaments.

COACHING EXPERIENCE: Has 25 years of coaching experience, ranging from youth programs to the collegiate level...has served as one of the Directors of Coaching with the local Basin United Soccer Club...holds the USSF Coaching License, the USSF National Youth Coaching License and the NSCAA Natonal Diploma.

AS A PLAYER: Spent one season at Humboldt State before joining the Air Force, where he was the team captain for the USAF Kirtland Fliers.

PERSONAL: Holds a degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois and a Master's in Management from the University of Phoenix...currently serves as an Officer in the Oregon Air National Guard at Kingsley Field.
