Biography

AT OREGON TECH: Fifth season with the women's cross country and track programs.

CROSS COUNTRY: In 2021, recorded a season-best time of 19:01 at the Warrior Invitational...placed sixth at the Cascade Conference Preview Meet and 15th at the CCC Championships...was a part of the squad competing at the NAIA Championships...named to the CCC All-Academic Team. During the 2021 spring season, posted a career-best time of 18:25 at the CCC Championships, placing 16th overall...finished 110th at the NAIA National Championships...named to the CCC All-Academic Team, an NAIA Scholar-Athlete and a USTFCCCA Scholar.  In 2019, ran much of the year as the No. 2 runner, clocking a season-best time of 18:31 at the CCC Championships, placing 15th...finished 69th overall at the NAIA National Championships...honored as a CCC All-Academic Team selection and was named a USTFCCCA Scholar. Was a part of the 2018 NAIA national championship team, posting a season-best time of 18:42 at the Warrior Invitational, while finishing 93rd overall at the NAIA National Championships.

TRACK: In 2022, posted a top 1,500-meter time of 5:08.23 at the Raider Invite...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete. In 2021, clocked a season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:03 at the Raider Invite...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete. Did not compete in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic...named to the CCC All-Academic Team. Placed 15th at the 2019 CCC Championships in the 1,500...had a personal-best time of 4:55.30 in the 1,500-meters at the Chico Distance Carnival.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Lebanon High...placed 16th overall in the 2017 5A state championships, helping the squad to a tenth-place finish.

PERSONAL: Studying dental hygiene
