2023-24: In cross country, recorded a season-best 8,000-meter time of 26:00 at the Warrior Invite...placed 32nd at the Cascade Conference Championships. In track, earned All-CCC honors after placing third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:46) at the CCC Championships...had a top 5,000-meter time of 15:19 at the Humboldt Invite...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete in both sports.
2022-23: In cross country, had a career-best 8,000-meter time of 25:59 at the Charles Bowles Invitational...placed 39th at the Cascade Conference Championships and 174th at the NAIA National Meet...in track, recorded a top 1,500-meter time of 4:15.07...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete in both sports.
2021-22: In cross country, posted a season-best 8,000-meter time of 26:18 at the Willamette Invitational...placed 46th at the CCC Championships...in track, had a top time of 4:17 in the 1,500-meters and 16:58 in the 5,000-meters at the Chico Invite.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2021 graduate of Mount Si High...placed 21st at the Washington 4A state championships as a senior.
PERSONAL: Studying mechanical engineering.
