2017 Season: Ferere was a redshirt in 2017 and did not compete.

2016 Season:  As a freshman, Xander played in all 19 games of the season as an outside back, while starting in 10 games. He helped the team achieve the best overall season record in program history at 9-8-2, also making the CCC conference tournament for the first time in program history. 

Prior to Oregon Tech -

Club Team: FC Portland

Notable Info: Xander is a tremendously athletic outside back and played for Grant High School and club for FC Portland. Ferere played a valuable role as an outside back on a very good team at Grant High School, making the Oregon state final game in his junior year to finish as runners up.

Coach Munhall comments: “Xander’s athleticism and tenacity will be his biggest attributes as he makes the transition to the collegiate game. He is a focused and unintimidated defender who works very hard on the defensive side of the ball.”
Xander is the son of Bernard and Jacqueline Ferere and will be majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
