2016 Season: As a junior, Leo played in 14 games, starting in 2 of them. He was an impact player off the bench, with 3 goals and 1 assist. He scored the game winning goal against national ranked Corban University giving them their first loss of the season, while also scoring a vital game tying goal against Warner Pacific College in the last minute of the game on the road.  

2015 Season: In his sophomore season of eligibility, Leo played in 11 games for the Owls, starting in 1 of them. He had 1 assist in on the season.

2014 Season: Leo was a medical redshirt sophomore.

2013 Season: In his freshman season, Leo played in 10 games, starting in 4 of them for the Owls.

Notable Info: During his high school career, Leo was the 6A League Player of the Year while a senior at North Medford HS. Leo also earned 1^st Team All-State honors in his senior year.

Coach Munhall comments: “Leo controls the ball in the middle of the park very well. He utilizes his body well and is great with the ball at his foot. His tall frame will allow him to grow a bit over the next few years and we expect him to be a contributor for us in the midfield."

Leo is the son of Leonardo and Angelica Alonzo, and plans to major in Psychology at Oregon Tech.
