Biography

2017 Season: Blessinger was a redshirt in 2017 and did not compete.

2016 Season: In his sophomore season, Daniel played in all 19 games for the Owls starting in 18 of them and as he helped the team achieve the best overall season record in program history at 9-8-2, also making the CCC conference tournament for the first time in program history. Blessinger tallied 5 goals and 3 assists on the season. 

2015 Season: As a freshman, Daniel played in 15 games, starting in 6 of them. He scored 4 goals and had 4 assists on the season. 

Prior to Oregon Tech -
Club Team: Eastside Timbers FC

Notable Info: Blessinger was a 1st Team All Mt. Hood Conference and a 2nd Team All-State selection in both 2013 & 2014, while leading his HS team to the 6A state championship in 2014 and state runner up in 2013.

Coach Munhall comments: “Daniel is a strong attacking player that knows how to utilize his size and technical ability to create opportunities getting into the attack. He can play on either flank or as a central striker and works hard to get in behind defenders and create opportunities for himself and teammates."

Daniel is the son of Ron Blessinger and Ann Medellin of Portland, Oregon and plans to major in Applied Psychology at Oregon Tech in the fall.
