2017 Season: As a sophomore, Gazdik played in 16 games while making 15 starts for the Owls. The midfielder led his team in assists with 5, while adding 2 goals on the season, totaling 9 points. His role as a center mid helped his team to a 5th place finish in the CCC, with an overall record of 8-8-1. He was named All-CCC 2nd Team for the second season in a row. His teammates voted him the Team MVP, Gold Ball Winner (top overall player), and elected him team captain for 2018. Brennan is also a 2017 CCC Scholar Athlete. 

2016 Season - Brennan was one of three players to play and start in all 19 games for the Owls in the 2016 campaign. He helped the team achieve the best overall season record in program history at 9-8-2, also making the CCC conference tournament for the first time in program history. Typically deployed as a center midfielder or forward, Gazdik scored 5 goals and added 3 assists for a total of 13 points. Brennan earned 2nd Team All-CCC at the end of the season.

Club Team: Idaho Rush

Notable Info: Brennan is a very versatile player that has found success at both the club and high school levels. Gazdik has served as his team captain for two seasons at Bishop Kelly High School and three seasons with his Idaho Rush club team. Having played in multiple position over his career, Gazdik really came into his own in his senior year as an attacking midfielder and forward. He led his team with 18 goals and 7 assists, while garnering a League Player of the Year award as well as All-State honors. Brennan is also a three-time Idaho All Academic award winner.

Coach Munhall comments: “Brennan has demonstrated his work ethic and commitment to success both in the classroom and on the pitch. He is a great addition to our program and will add versatility and depth to a number of positions on the field.”
Brennan is the son of Chuck and Tina Gazdik and will be majoring in Engineering.
