AT OREGON TECH: Fifth season with the men’s cross country and track programs.

2022-23: In cross country, earned All-Cascade Conference and NAIA All-America honors - placing tenth at the CCC Championships and 27th at the NAIA national meet...recorded a career-best 8,000-meter time of 24:42.70 at the NAIA Championships...took third at the Jessup Invite...in track, qualified for the NAIA Championships in the 10,000-meters, placing 26th...had top times of 14:49 in the 5,000-meters and 31:05.98 in the 10,000-meters...named a second-team College Sports Communicators Academic All-American, while also earning CCC All-Academic Team, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and CSC Academic All-District honors.

2021-22: In cross country, earned All-Cascade Conference and NAIA All-America honors after a banner season…clocked a career-best 24:39 8,000-meter time at the Warrior Invite, placing fifth…took second at the CCC Preview Meet, while placing sixth at the CCC Championships…finished 22nd at the NAIA National Championships…named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete...in track, qualified for the NAIA National Championships in the 10,000-meters, placing 17th...took eighth at the 2022 CCC Championships in the 5,000-meters...earned CCC All-Academic Team and NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors in both sports.

2020-21: In cross country, earned All-CCC and NAIA All-America honors during the 2021 Spring Season...posted a season-best time of 25:04 at the CCC Championships, placing seventh...finished 31st overall at the NAIA Championships, helping the team place 11th...in track, qualified for the NAIA National Championships in the 10,000-meters, placing 17th...earned CCC All-Academic Team and NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors in both sports.

2019-20: In cross country, recorded a season-best time of 25:34 at the Warrior Invite...placed 16th at the CCC Championships and 99th at the NAIA Championships...track season canceled due to COVID-19.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of El Toro High…finished 66th overall at the CIF Division II state championships.
 
PERSONAL: Studying mechanical engineering.
