AT OREGON TECH: Sixth season in the baseball program and second as head coach...served as pitching coach for four seasons, while serving as recruiting coordinator and oversees team nutrition...has coached one All-American (Tyler Horner), one Cascade Conference Player of the Year (Horner) and two CCC Pitchers of the Year (Bronson Chapple, Tim Williams), with Chapple recently signing to play professionally in the Frontier League...has coached eight All-CCC selections, 42 CCC All-Academic Team and 28 NAIA Scholar-Athletes...in 2024, led the Owls to the most wins in program history, finishing 39-16, placing third in the CCC Tournament and advancing to the NAIA National Tournament for the first time in program history.
PRIOR TO OIT: Has an extensive coaching resume...spent seven seasons at Barstow CC - four seasons as an assistant (2014-17) and three seasons as head coach (2018-20)...coached 33 all-conference and eight All-CCCAA selections, with 36 players signing to play at 4-year colleges...spent two seasons as an assistant at Kansas Wesleyan (2013-14), two seasons as an assistant at Willamette (2011-12) and five seasons as an assistant at Colorado Christian (2006-10) - helping CCU place third at the 2009 NCAA Division II World Series.
PERSONAL: He and wife Shaila have three children - Lainey, Rex and Sydney.
