AT OREGON TECH: Fifth season as head coach...has a career record of 120-87 with the Hustlin' Owls and has a 276-133-1 all-time coaching record..has resurrected the OIT program, leading the Owls to the 2021 Cascade Conference Tournament, a 30-win season in 2022, the 2023 CCC regular-season championship, a trip to the CCC Tournament title game, while breaking the single-season wins record in 2024, finishing 34-18...has coached 10 All-CCC (including 2024 CCC Player of the Year, Tyler Horner, and 2024 CCC Pitcher of the Year, Bronson Chapple), four CCC Gold Glove selections and one NAIA All-American (Tyler Horner), along with 43 Academic All-CCC, 34 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and one Academic All-America selections

BEFORE OIT: Spent four seasons (2016-19) as the head coach at the University of Antelope Valley...compiled a record of 156-65-1, winning the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 California Pacific Conference championships...won the 2018 and 2019 Cal Pac Tournament championships - advancing to the NAIA National Tournament...2018 team qualified for the NAIA World Series, placing fifth...spent five seasons (2011-15) as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Corban University...was head coach at Caldwell High in Idaho in 2011.

HONORS: Named the 2023 Cascade Conference Coach of the Year...was selected as the  2016 and 2018 California Pacific Conference Coach of the Year and the 2018 ABCA NAIA West Region Coach of the Year...named Southern Idaho Conference Coach of the Year in 2011.

PERSONAL: A 2009 graduate of the College of Idaho with a degree in exercise science, while earning his Master's in Teaching from George Fox...played two seasons at Columbia Basin CC, before finishing his career at C of I, helping the team to a pair of NAIA Region I runner-up finishes...he and wife Jennifer have two children, sons Zander and Owen.
