With the Oregon Tech Athletic Center closed and restrictions in place across our state, Tech Rec and Intramurals are providing a list of various resources for students, faculty, and staff to help maintain physical and mental wellbeing during this time. Health and Fitness:

Oregon Tech Instagram and Facebook- weekly workouts and fitness challenges to be done at home or outside. No equipment is necessary. Please follow!
