AT OREGON TECH: Fifth season with the men's cross country and track programs.
2022-23: In cross country, had a career-best 8,000-meter time of 25:38 at the Charles Bowles Invite...took 40th overall at the Cascade Conference Championships and 249th at the NAIA National Meet...in track, qualified for the NAIA National Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:26.84), placing 16th overall, while taking fifth in the event at the CCC Championships...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete in both sports.
2021-22: In cross country, recorded a season-best 8,000-meter time (25:39) at the Warrior Invitational...placed 27th at the CCC Championships and 143rd at the NAIA Championships...in track, posted a top 1,500-meter time (4:27) at the Chico Invitational...named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
2020-21: In the 2021 spring cross country season, had a top time of 27:23 at the CCC Championships...in track, had a top 5,000-meter time of 16:12 at the Raider Invite...named to the CCC All-Academic Team.
2019-20: In cross country, had a top time of 27:56 at the Warrior Invite...track season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Nestucca High...placed 12th as a senior at the Oregon 1A/2A state championships.
PERSONAL: Studying software engineering.
