CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon Tech's Andrew Sharp and Nick Gimino were honored today as first-team selections on 2026 All-Cascade Conference Baseball Team, announced by the league office.
 
In addition, a pair of Hustlin' Owls – Marcos Ulloa-Ford and Michael O'Daniel – were named to the Gold Glove Team.
 
Sharp made the most of his senior season at OIT, finishing the year with a .357 batting average, recording 13 doubles, 10 home runs and 45 RBI. The catcher set a new Hustlin' Owls single-season record by drawing 50 walks.
 
Gimino, a freshman, led the Owls with a .369 batting average on the year, recording three home runs and 45 RBI from his second base position.
 
Both Ulloa-Ford and O'Daniel were honored for the work with their gloves. Ulloa-Ford did not commit an error in 14 defensive chances from the mound, while O'Daniel had six outfield assists and posted just one error in 144 chances in center field.
 
Eastern Oregon shortstop Jace Nagler was selected as Player of the Year, Miles Chamberlain of British Columbia was named Pitcher of the Year, with LC State skipper Jeremiah Robbins named Coach of the Year.
