KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Dakota Reber scored 26 points and Jackson Cooper flirted with a triple-double, as Oregon Tech improved to 7-0 all-time against the Seattle Mountaineers after a 91-77 exhibition win at Danny Miles Court.
 
The Hustlin' Owls scored 21 points off turnovers, while converting 51% of their field goals – with the crowd rewarded by seven OIT dunks in the win.
 
Seattle (3-2) took a 35-32 lead late in the first half on a Charles Elzie basket, but Tech outscored the visitors 16-4 over a 5-minute stretch to take control. Back-to-back triples from Sean Chris Tresvant and Reber jumpstarted the run, helping the Owls take a 50-42 lead at the break.
 
The run continued early in the second half – as baskets from Gylan Payne and Jared Sucher were sandwiched by a Reber triple, extending the Tech lead to 65-48.
 
Cooper finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and three dunks, with Tresvant reaching double-figures with 10 points and six rebounds. Sucher scored eight and Garrett Osborne added six.
 
Tech has next weekend off, preparing for a trip to Arizona for games against The Master's and Arizona Christian.
