CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon Tech guard
Kam Osborn was named Rize Laboratory-Cascade Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week, announced by the league office.
The junior, from Vancouver, Wash., was instrumental in leading OIT to two key home wins – combining to average 26 points per game.
Osborn opened the weekend with a 25-point effort against Bushnell in the Owls 112-98 victory, making 5-of-8 3-point attempts. He followed it up with a career-high 27 points vs. Corban, rallying Tech from a 22-point deficit to win, 94-84 – going a perfect 7-of-7 from the line and adding three steals.
For the year, Osborn is averaging 14.5 points per game.
