Oregon Tech Cross Country Teams Slip in NAIA Top 25

KANSAS CITY, MO – After both cross-country teams struggled in the first race of the year last week at Humboldt State, the NAIA coaches took notice as both teams slipped in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll announced poll today.
The Oregon Tech men fell from number 11 down to No.17 this week while the OIT women fell entirely out of the top 25 and are in the receiving votes category.
Lewis-Clark State College leads six Cascade Collegiate Conference ranked in the men's poll at #5 followed by Southern Oregon at #9, College of Idaho at #14, Tech at #17, Northwest at #20 and Eastern Oregon at #24.
In the women's poll, College of Idaho leads all CCC teams with a #7 ranking, followed by LC-State at #10, Southern Oregon at #17, and Northwest at #23 followed by the Owls receiving votes.
