Tech’s Mark French Named CoSIDA Academic All-American
Men's Cross Country
AUSTIN, Texas - Oregon Tech cross country standout and four-time All-American Mark French has just been named to the 2020-21 CoSIDA Academic All-American NAIA Division Track & Field / Cross Country team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (C0SIDA).
 
"This is a great honor for Mark and Oregon Tech," said head coach Jack Kegg. "I have been very fortunate to have worked with some fantastic student athletes here at Tech and Mark continues a great tradition of CoSIDA Academic All-Americans. Mark is an amazing young man and always represents Oregon Tech in the most positive way."
 
The NAIA Academic All-America® program is financially supported by the NAIA national governance structure to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2020-21 NAIA Academic All-America® teams.
 
The senior from Tualatin, Ore. carried a 3.84 GPA his senior year as he finished his major in Mechanical Engineering. Mark was honored for his work in the classroom and on the track. Mark French senior profile here.
