Lady Owls Win Bushnell Invite

CRESWELL Ore.— Behind four top-5 finishers the Oregon Tech women's golf team took first place at the Bushnell University Spring Invite held at Emerald Valley Golf Club.
Payton Canon led Tech as she notched a two round score of (157) to finish second behind Delainey Patterson of Corban who took home medalist honors by one stroke with a (156).
Tech's
Ashley Zhu,
Maiya Baker, and
Aerin Song tied for fifth with a two day total of (162) each.
During Tuesday's final round, the Owls shot a 325 to give them a 36-hole score of 643 winning the event by 7-strokes over LC-State (650), Corban was 3
rd (686).
The Owls will next head to the College of Idaho for the CCC Championships April 26 & 27 at Timberstone Golf Club.
