Canon and Lady Owls Lead after Day 1 of Bushnell Invite

CRESWELL, Ore.— Oregon Tech's
Payton Canon (pictured) and the Oregon Tech women lead the field after the first day of the Bushnell Invite at Emerald Valley Golf Club on Monday.
Canon shot a 76 and has a one shot lead on Delainey Patterson of Bushnell University. Tech's
Aerin Song is just three strokes back after a 79 while
Ashley Zhu is five strokes back and in 6
th place for the Owls.
The OIT women lead by seven strokes after a day one total of 318, followed by LC-State with 325, Corban women are 21 strokes back of Tech in third place with a 339.
