Historic Volleyball Season Continues with Home Quarterfinal Playoff Game Tonight

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The 2021 Oregon Tech volleyball team has already set a school record for conference wins in a season (18-4), and overall wins (22-5) and tonight will host its first ever Cascade Conference playoff game at 7:00 pm against Lewis-Clark State College at Danny Miles Court.
 
Tonight's Game Preview
Tech heads into tonight's playoff game winners of five straight including 13 wins in their last 14 games.
 
LC State are making their first appearance in the CCC postseason tournament in program history. The Warriors earned the No. 6 seed in the tournament with an 11-11 record in CCC
play.
 
Oregon Tech took both meetings between the two teams this season. The Owls won in four sets in Lewiston and in five set thriller in Klamath Falls on October 2.

CCC Volleyball Tournament
 
The CCC tournament takes place Nov. 9 and 12-13, with the first round taking place at the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds' home courts. Corban then hosts the semifinal and championship matches on Friday and Saturday, with the tournament champion earning the second AQ to the NAIA National Tournament. If Corban wins the tournament, the AQ will go to the tournament runner-up.

Friday, November 12 (Semifinal) - Corban University, Salem, Ore.
Highest remaining seed vs. #2 Eastern Oregon, 3:30 p.m.
Lowest remaining seed at #1 Corban, 7 p.m.

Saturday, November 13 (Championship) - Corban University, Salem, Ore.
Lowest remaining seed vs. Highest remaining seed, 3 p.m.
* Winner of the Tournament shall receive the second AQ to the NAIA National Tournament.  If Corban wins the tournament, then the AQ shall go to the Tournament runner-up.
