VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Oregon Tech women's cross-country team finished 21st Friday at the 42nd Annual NAIA Women's Cross Country National Championships held at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
 
Tech's Faith Widman led the Owls with a time of 18:56.5 for 2nd All-American with a 36th place finish.

Overall, the Owls finished with 522 points in 21st place. Milligan (Tenn.) earned the team title with 122 place points, just ahead of St. Francis of Illinois (141). Cornerstone of Michigan (149), Taylor of Indiana (164) and College of Idaho rounded out the Top-5. Four other CCC schools competed, with Southern Oregon in 18th, Oregon Tech, Lewis-Clark State in 26th and Multnomah in 34th.
