KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Oregon Tech Lady Owls (5-0) stormed out to an early lead and cruised to victory in an 83-37 win over Simpson (1-5) on Friday night. The victory for Tech is their 9th straight victory, a streak dating back to last season.

Following the victory, head coach
Scott Meredith said: "It was a great team effort tonight. Allowing only 37 points says our players put in a solid defensive effort and I was really happy with how we rebounded at both ends. Our foul shooting continues to be outstanding, and our bench had a very fine game. We are in a good place to begin conference play next week."
