KANSAS CITY, MO – Both Oregon Tech soccer teams found out Monday that they will be heading to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to play in the NAIA National Championship opening round. Oklahoma Wesleyan will be the host institution for both tournaments. The Lady Owls will be the No. 2 seed and will play the No. 3 seed, Science & Arts (Okla.), in the opening game on Thursday, November 18th with a start time yet to be announced. The Tech men are the No. 3 seed in the Bartlesville bracket and will play two-seeded Lyon (Ark.) at 11:30 a.m. (Pacific) on Thursday, Nov. 18.
 
The Oregon Tech men are making their first-ever trip to the NAIA National Tournament opening round. The No.19-ranked Oregon Tech men shared the regular-season title with the Knights of Warner Pacific securing the first AQ after the tiebreakers. The Hustlin' Owls secured the second AQ after winning the 2021 CCC Men's Soccer Tournament championship, presented by U.S. Bank. Tech will be playing Lyon College (Ark.) out of the American Midwest Conference; they are the AMC tournament champion with a record of 14-4-1. 

The 2021 NAIA men's opening round winners will meet up on Nov. 30-Dec. 6, 2021 at the Jack Allen Soccer Complex in Decatur, Ala.
 
The Lady Owls return to the NAIA opening round for the third year in a row, the No. 19-ranked Owls grabbed the first AQ by winning both the CCC regular-season and tournament championships. Last year the OIT fell to Eastern Oregon on penalty kicks in the opening round championship game in Santa Barbara, California, in the Westmont Bracket. This year, Tech will be playing Science & Arts (Okla.) from the Sooner Athletic Conference. The Drovers received an at-large berth to the championships and have a 16-5-0 overall record on the year.
 
The 2021 NAIA women's opening round winners will meet up in Orange Beach, Ala., at the NAIA National Championship final site event. The 38th annual championship takes place at the Orange Beach Sportsplex from November 30 – December 6, 2021.
