RESULTS

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Oregon Tech men's 4 x 400 relay team and Danielle De Castro in the 3k won their events to lead the Owls Sunday at the George Fox/University of Portland Indoor meet #2 on Sunday at the Chiles Center. 
 
De Castro finished first in the 3K (10:02.15) and set a new school record with Cindy Reed finishing 5th (10:12.15) both hitting NAIA "A" marks with Delani Dietrich 27th (10:39.39) Mia Smith 32nd (10:44.41) and Hannah Mason 34th (10:45.74) just missing the NAIA "B" mark of 10:35.
 
Amber VonEssen was 18th in 800
 
Lily Lavine was 11th (1:03.00) and Aarika Brooks 18th (1:05.76) in the women's 400.
 
For the OIT men Sunday, Angel Valdez finished 2nd in the men's 400 (51.60), Corban Remsburg was 3rd (51.80), Josiah Stroup 5th (52.52) and Thomas Dodgen 8th (52.98) these four also won the 4 x 400 relay in a time of 3:29.98
 
Dylan Woodward was 10th in the 800 meter in a time of 1:59.96
