MEN RESULTS | WOMEN RESULTS 

EAGLE POINT, Ore. -  The No. 12 ranked Lady Owls and No.18 ranked Hustlin' Owls lead after the first day of the Oregon Tech Spring Invite at Eagle Point G.C. Saturday.

"All in all I am please with our performance today," said Head Coach Jeff Corkill. "Considering we have not been outside for practice due to the late winter the players did a very good. Are touch around the green was a battle and they all hit some arrant shots but, mentally we hung in there. For the men, the other shock to there system is walking 36 holes in a day."
 
The OIT women got off to a great start as Ashley Zhu (76) leads with three Owls tied for second Stephanie Koza (78), Payton Canon (78) and Kylie Collom (78). As a team the Owls fired a 310 combined and lead Corban by 23 strokes.
 
On the men's side, Alejandro Armijo of OIT is tied with Tom Field on Menlo with two-round total 147. Tech's Cameron Barnhardt is 3rd (149) just two-strokes back with Tyler Frankie in fourth (150). The OIT men lead with a two-round combined total of 598, 17-strokes in front of Menlo College (615) followed by Northwest Christian 2 (627).
 
Final round will continue Sunday at 9:00 am at the Eagle Point G.C.
