Lady Owls Split at Menlo

ATHERTON, Calif. – Battling several rain and hail delays, as well as having to switch fields in between games, No. 10 Oregon Tech and Menlo split a doubleheader Friday Afternoon. Tech took game one, 14-6 with Menlo taking game two on a 7th inning walk off home run 9-7.

"We hit the ball well today and Sarah Abramson pitched really good in relief to get the win in game one," said Head Coach Greg Stewart. "Unfortunately, we lost a 6 run lead in the second game and were not able to stop Menlo's offense while our bats went silent."

Sarah Abramson improved to 2-1 on the year as she pitched four and two-thirds innings of relief, allowing just 2-hits for the Owls.
