ROCKLIN, Calif. –Oregon Tech (0-1) fell behind in the first quarter and struggled to catch up despite a 13-4 run in the fourth, falling 74-58 to William Jessup University (2-0) on Friday afternoon in the second game of the Bill Holtz Warrior Classic in the Warrior Arena.
"We played hard and competed throughout the game, however the 22 turnovers were really more than we could overcome," said Head Coach
Scott Meredith. "We certainly have to tighten up things defensively, but I expect we're going to learn an awful lot about our team through watching video next week. Tomorrow we play an even better team in Masters who just beat the number two in the country Southeastern, so we're going to need to bring our A game tomorrow."

Tech came within two points of the lead in the third quarter on an 8-2 run, but Jessup struck back, going on a 16-to-4 run to end the third and opening the fourth with a 9-2 run to reach their highest lead of 23 points.
